Blue cheese burger with sweet potato fries

The burgers were ones from the freezer that I’d made a while ago with some nice Aberdeen Angus minced steak, plus a bit of salt and pepper.

These were simply grilled and served on warm ciabatta rolls and a selection of relishes and mustard, with some St Agur blue cheese on top of one burger. The cheese melted quite quickly with the heat from the burger.

A small salad and some sweet potato fries were all it needed to make a nice quick evening meal.
