Pancake Day

So, we had to have pancakes yesterday, didn’t we?

I made enough batter for savoury and sweet ones and the savoury ones were filled with crisp pancetta, Raclette and Emmenthal cheese and sautéed mushrooms and we had them with a simple green salad, dressed with a pink peppercorn vinaigrette.

The sweet ones were just the classic sugar and lemon option, well it is traditional, isn’t it?
