Crab salad

No cooking here, just some buying and assembling, but sometimes that is exactly what is called for.

I bought a tub of lovely fresh white crab meat and it sat in the fridge for a day or two until I felt the urge for a simple salad for lunch.

All I did was mix the crab meat with some mayonnaise, added some diced cucumber, chopped dill, chopped spring onions and a squeeze of lemon juice, seasoned it and mixed to together. Then I shredded some Romain e lettuce, piled on the crab and sprinkled some sweet pimenton on top.

With a couple of slices of buttered brown sourdough bread, that was lunch. Delicious!
